Found a secret spot in BULACAN! The food and ambiance make this restaurant/cafe a must visit. The interior has an aesthetic vibe that looks great in photographs, and the food itself tastes like home. The pastries are also good not too sweet but still satisfying to your taste. The service is exceptional, with attentive and friendly servers who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Grumpy Storm is truly a hidden gem worth visiting. The café boasts an extensive menu with a variety of delicious offerings and everything we sampled was delightful. The desserts and beverages, especially the Matcha, stood out as favorites. It’s become our go-to spot for a quick and satisfying merienda. The ambiance is another highlight. The space is cozy, inviting, and never too crowded, perfect for relaxed conversations with friends and family. Every corner is thoughtfully designed and visually appealing, making it an ideal backdrop for photos. Service is exceptional. The staff are warm, accommodating, and attentive to special requests. We appreciated how they customized our drinks exactly as we asked, less ice and fewer espresso shots without compromising on quality. We also had the pleasure of celebrating my mother’s birthday at Grumpy Storm Skye Deck, and the experience was truly memorable. Their Grazing Table is a standout feature, beautifully arranged and filled with delectable desserts, fresh fruits, and flavorful pasta. The entire process, from booking to the event itself, was seamless. The owner was especially welcoming and made us feel right at home.

Food: Leaning towards too sweet even on Lasagna sauce. For me it's okay, but not that great. Service: Awesome Atmosphere: Bright and happy

We had a nice experience at Grumpy Storm. The place was cozy and classy, and I liked the small touches like the candle on the table. We ordered Salisbury Steak, Garlic Pepper Beef, and Honey Garlic Chicken Wings. The food was tasty and the servings were good for the price, though I hope the chicken flavor goes deeper into the meat. Too bad the salad wasn’t available, I was really looking forward to that. One small thing we noticed was the gap in serving time. Some dishes arrived much earlier than the others, so they sat on the table getting cold while we waited. It would’ve been nicer if the food came out a bit closer together so everything could be enjoyed while still warm. The staff were friendly and all smiles, very easy to talk to! For takeout, we got the Basque Burnt Cheesecake, Biscoff Croissant, and the Skye Classic S’mores. I really liked the drink, just a light sweetness that didn’t overpower the coffee. The croissant looked great, but it tasted more like a plain one than a Biscoff-flavored pastry. Overall, still a lovely visit. Would recommend!

Food: I love their signature drink mochatella. I'm not really a fan of chocolate drink but still gave it a try and it did not disappoint. It was creamy, and in my taste, it has the right amount of sweetness. Got a taste as well of there melona blended drink and it was good. The flavor of melona is still as strong as the ice cream even after being blended with ice. It's a bit expensive tho, imo. But considering the taste and the ambience, it was worth it. Service: Their service is really good. Attentive to the needs of the customers. They also serve water after you order. I like that they take your order on your seat, unlike other cafes where you have to get in line. Atmosphere: very instagrammable. Clean, well lit.

May 9, 2025 It's Mother's Day today and we opted to celebrate here. They don't have reservation for dine-in. When I went to the selfie mirror it was beside a speaker with rags on the back. The other selfie mirror was near the table of other customers so it's awkward to take a photo. Service was ok, I find some crew snob or they are just really busy. Food was good for its price. We got salisbury steak, kimchi katsu, chicken shawarma rice, iced teas, and choco pistacchio cakes. The rice meals have huge servings, actually I can say that it is good for 2. Iced teas are a bit sour. Choco pistacchio cakes is not too sweet but you can't taste the chocolate though.
